Refund Policy

We thank you and appreciate you choosing our managed service for G.E.M registration assistance on our website India.Registrationportalindia.org (hereinafter referred to as “India.Registrationportalindia.org”). Please read this policy and the India.Registrationportalindia.org Terms and Conditions carefully as they provide important information about your rights and obligations.

We make every effort to manage the assigned expert to provide the service as per the specifications and timelines. If there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service directly attributable to our failure in managing the process or the Specialist’s error, you may be entitled to a refund, subject to the following situations:

  1. The refund shall be considered only when there is a clear, visible deficiency with the service caused by the Specialist or our management process.
  2. If a customer requests a refund due to a change of mind, an inadvertent application, or any other non-valid reason without any fault or responsibility on the part of India.Registrationportalindia.org or the assigned Specialist, after confirming to proceed, the refund request will not be entertained.
  3. Refund requests shall not be entertained after substantial work (e.g., application preparation, submission on government portal, successful registration communication) has been completed or shared by the expert under our coordination, especially in cases of change of mind or other non-fault reasons.
  4. If a refund request has been approved by India.Registrationportalindia.org, it will be processed and intimated via email. The refund may take a minimum of 15 (fifteen) business days to be credited to your bank account.
  5. No refund for clerical errors: For clerical errors attributed to the expert (e.g., spelling inaccuracies, address discrepancies), corrective measures will be undertaken under our coordination at no additional cost; however, no refund shall be issued.
  6. No refund for user-related delays/issues: If services are impeded due to client-side shortcomings (e.g., inadequate documents, failure to provide credentials/OTPs, Aadhaar/PAN not linked, lack of cooperation), refunds will not be issued.
  7. In special conditions, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund of up to 20% of the paid amount as a gesture of goodwill.
  8. Force Majeure: We will not be liable for delays or failures in service execution due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government actions, epidemics, changes in law, or labour strikes.
  9. Service timeline guarantee: We strive to assign specialists and initiate communication within 24–48 hours. If this process takes longer and no service has commenced (post-confirmation) or communication provided within 15 days of payment, a full refund is available.
  10. If a specialist has initiated work (e.g., started documentation, prepared an application draft) before 15 days (post-confirmation), a refund will not be considered based solely on the 15-day clause.
  11. Refund is not applicable for incomplete registration caused by official government G.E.M website malfunction or non-functionality.
  12. Confirmation is binding: Upon receipt of payment, our system sends a confirmation email. If you reply confirming (via email, WhatsApp, message, etc., excluding phone calls), it is final consent to initiate the service. The first confirmation received is binding. Once confirmation is received, the service is “commenced,” and our system assigns the expert. Subject to other specific conditions in this policy (e.g., the 15-day delay guarantee), refund requests are generally not entertained after confirmation.
    7-Day window for no response: If you do not respond to the confirmation email within seven (7) days of payment, and no service has been initiated, you are eligible to request a refund within that 7-day window. If no confirmation and no refund request is received within 7 days, the refund window closes. If you request a refund within those 7 days (via WhatsApp, message, or email) and clearly state not to proceed, we will process the refund.
