We are a private business entity, "Legal Fox India," operating in India. We are committed to full compliance with all applicable Indian laws and regulations, including consumer protection laws and cyber laws. Our terms are designed to be transparent and fair, clearly outlining our role as a managed service provider.

⚠️ Important: We are a private company providing a managed service for G.E.M Registration related tasks. Once the company receives the client's explicit confirmation by email, the service officially begins and our system assigns experts to your work. We will only assign an expert after receiving your confirmation to proceed, which will be sent through a confirmation email.


Definition: Our “Managed Service” Model

A “Managed Service” is our company’s commitment to take full responsibility with below conditions for your G.E.M registration process from start to finish. In this model, the client hires india.registrationportalindia.org (our company), not just an expert. Our service, as defined in our Scope of Service, is to:

  • Assign an Expert: We facilitate the hiring expert for your task.
  • Manage the Process: We actively monitor the expert’s work.
  • Ensure Completion: Our team manages the workflow to help ensure the service is completed in a timely manner.
ℹ️ Confirmation Mail Definition

A “confirmation email” is sent after payment. It asks you to review and approve your details before we assign an expert. You may request a full refund at this stage. Once you reply with confirmation to proceed, the service begins, and the refund policy (see below) applies.

About Our Service & Your Responsibilities

Since we will not be meeting face to face, it is important to set out the terms of the agreement clearly. In this agreement, "we" or "India.registrationportalindia.org" provide the "service of providing managed assistance for G.E.M-related tasks, fulfilled by qualified specialists". "You" are the "user". "Specialists" or "Experts" are the third-party professionals assigned to your task.

If you use our “Common Needs” feature, you affirm you are over 18 years of age and competent to enter into this agreement.

Our Business Model and Service

We provide a managed service to assist clients with G.E.M registration. We coordinate with independent experts to ensure your service is completed in a timely and professional manner, as defined in our Scope of Service. We are responsible for assigning the expert and monitoring their work.

  • (a) No Expert-Client Relationship with Us: We manage the service process. While the experts assigned are independent contractors, we coordinate their work. Communication with us initiates a service request with our company. We are not a law firm or government body.
  • (b) We Do Not Promote Any User: We assign experts based on the needs described in your Information Form. We are not a source of advertising or solicitation, and our content should not be construed as legal advice.
  • (c) Nature of Our Service: We provide a managed service for G.E.M registration. We are not a government body, nor do we provide direct legal advice. Our service is to manage the process, which is carried out by third-party experts.
  • (d) Phrases Used in Ads: We use phrases like 'Apply G.E.M Registration' to emphasize the user's ultimate need. These phrases do not imply we provide or assist in the direct acquisition of government documents. We offer a managed service using third-party specialists.
  • (e) 'Common Needs' Feature: We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive license to use forms for your own personal use (or for your client if you are an attorney). You have no right to modify, copy, reproduce, or resell these forms.
  • (f) Disclaimer of Representations by Users: We make no guarantee or warranty (express or implied) as to the legal ability, competence, or quality of representation provided by any Specialist assigned through this service.

User Guidelines (Your Conduct)

Users are granted a limited right to access the service. We reserve the right to deny access to any user who violates these rules. The following activities will not be tolerated:

  1. Foul, racist, hateful, or offensive language.
  2. Promoting illegal activities, harm, or injury.
  3. Defaming any person or group.
  4. Violating the intellectual property rights of others (copyright, trademark, etc.).
  5. Violating Internet standards (spam, chain letters, etc.).
  6. Displaying harassing, abusive, or obscene material.
  7. Compromising the security of our service or attempting to gain unauthorized access.

Your Authorizations & Confirmations

(g) Allowing Use of Your Details: You allow India.registrationportalindia.org to use your data for evaluation and remarketing for advertisement purposes for our own service.

(h) OTP Requirement: You must remain available and responsive for One-Time Password (OTP) requests needed for the G.E.M portal. If you are not comfortable sharing an OTP, we can provide guidance to help you complete that step yourself.

(i) Authorization to File on Your Behalf: By availing our managed service, you confirm you have no objection to the assigned specialist filing the application on the government G.E.M portal on your behalf under our coordination. You authorize us to collect the necessary documents and information to facilitate this process. Once the application is filed, the service shall be considered successfully delivered.

(j) Confirmation-Based Service Initiation: As stated in the "Key Points" at the top, your reply confirming the details (via email, WhatsApp, etc.) shall be deemed as final consent to initiate the service. Once this confirmation is received, the service is "commenced," and no refund requests will be entertained based on a subsequent failure to cooperate or provide documents, subject to other clauses in the Refund Policy.

(k) Complaints Filed with Authorities: If you file a complaint against us with any government authority, consumer forum, or bank, we will treat the matter with priority and respond to that authority with our full evidence. No direct refund shall be processed or considered until you formally confirm that the complaint has been closed or withdrawn. We do not entertain refund negotiations while an official complaint remains open.

Scope of Service

The Company shall provide services strictly limited to the activities described below. These services shall not be construed to include any legal, governmental, or advisory functions beyond the scope expressly mentioned herein.

1. Facilitation and Assignment of Expert

Assisting the Client by assigning a qualified expert for matters related to G.E.M (Government e-Marketplace) registration.

2. Communication Facilitation

Providing coordination and communication support between the Client and the assigned expert to exchange information and manage tasks related to the G.E.M registration process.

3. Monitoring of Work

The Company shall actively monitor the progress of the work performed by the assigned expert to coordinate the process and help ensure the service is completed in a timely manner.

4. Commencement of Service

The service shall be deemed to have commenced and be legally binding upon the Client once the Company receives the Client's explicit confirmation by email to proceed with the service. Once this confirmation is received, the service is considered initiated, and the process of assigning and coordinating the expert will begin.

5. Refunds and Modifications

Upon commencement of the service, any request for cancellation, modification, or refund shall be subject to the Company’s applicable Cancellation and Refund Policy. The Client shall remain liable for all obligations incurred up to the date of such request.

6. Client’s Responsibility

The Company and the assigned expert shall not be held liable for any delay, error, non-compliance, or rejection of the application arising due to the Client’s failure to provide the required documents or information in a timely, complete, and accurate manner, or failure to cooperate with OTP or other portal requirements.

Applicants must provide all necessary documents as listed for their business entity type (Proprietorship, Private Limited, Partnership, or NGO) to proceed.

a). Documents for G.E.M Registration

  • Proprietorship:
    • Confirmation of Supplier or Buyer status.
    • PAN Card and Aadhar Card.
    • GST Certificate.
    • Email ID and Mobile Number.
    • Details of Bank Account.
    • Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last three years.
    • UDYAM Certificate (if applicable).
    • Other documents such as photographs, a list of products, etc., if required.
  • Private Limited Company:
    • Confirmation of Supplier or Buyer status.
    • Firm PAN Card.
    • Key Person PAN or Aadhar.
    • Email ID and Mobile Number.
    • Incorporation Certificate.
    • GST Certificate.
    • Details of Bank Account.
    • Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last three years.
    • MSME Certificate (if applicable).
    • Other documents such as photographs, a list of products, etc., if required.
  • Partnership Firm:
    • Confirmation of Supplier or Buyer status.
    • Firm PAN Card.
    • Key Person PAN Card or Aadhar Card.
    • Email ID and Mobile Number.
    • GST Certificate.
    • Details of Bank Account.
    • Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last three years.
    • MSME Certificate (if applicable).
    • Other documents such as photographs, a list of products, etc., if required.
  • NGO:
    • Firm PAN Card.
    • Key Person PAN and Aadhar Card.
    • Email ID and Mobile Number.
    • GST Certificate.
    • Details of Bank Account.
    • Income Tax Return (ITR) for the last three years.
    • MSME Certificate (if applicable).
    • Other documents such as photographs, a list of products, etc., if required.

b). Additional Requirements

  • Other documents may be required by the G.E.M portal.
  • The applicant’s Aadhar and PAN must be linked.
  • The applicant must have full access to their registered mobile number and email ID.

c). Responsibility & Compliance

  • It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure all submitted documents are accurate and valid.
  • Any discrepancy may lead to rejection.
  • Compliance with G.E.M portal guidelines (gem.gov.in) is mandatory.

You are hereby made aware that the Government fees for registration for G.E.M is 0/- (Zero).

The fees charged on this website are service fees for our managed service, which includes assigning a qualified third-party expert, managing the process, monitoring the work, and providing coordination support.
